We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy. It's simple, we accept returns within 30 days on diffusers and oil. Keep in mind that before you buy your oil you can always sample it. If you would like to sample any of our scents, please go to our Samples Collection to select a sample pack that suits your scenting needs.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your My Home Aroma products – as long as they have not been used or removed from the original packaging – within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns and exchanges may be subject to review. Please provide supporting images concerning your claim to My Home Aroma Customer Support (myhomearoma@gmail.com). Please see the below regarding the scent diffuser (machines) return policy for a refund.

Machine Return Policy
A customer may return any diffusers (machines) for any reason whatsoever within 30 days of the date of purchase or the date they receive the diffuser, whichever is later, for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. The diffuser must be unused and in its original packaging with all parts and accessories. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any diffusers (machines) returned after 30 days. The diffuser (device) must be unused. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shippingThere will be no refunds on used diffusers (machines).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at myhomearoma@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like;

Oils Return Policy: A customer may return any of our oils for any reason within 30 days of your date of purchase, or the date you receive the oil, whichever is later, for a refund as long as the oil bottle is sealed and unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping.

Unfortunately, once the seal is broken or the oil bottle is opened, the sale is final.

Promotion/Discount/Sale Items - All promotional items, discounted items and sale items are final sale. This includes flash sales, monthly subscription items and promotional offers.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
